FIELD: power plant engineering. SUBSTANCE: engine has case and mechanical inertia-weight converter made in the form of two crossing axles, one being vertical axle coupled with power take- off shaft and other one, horizontal axle carrying wheels on its ends. Inertia weights coupled with wheel axles are mounted above wheels. Case is provided with control gear and cover that has weight-joined rods.
