FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method is realized under in vitro conditions. Sample for detection of the presence of circular particle form (RSP) as a tumor marker and for detection of malignancy presence in human and animals is used for uptake of this marker from bilogical fluid containing cancer cells on the substrate and detection of tumor marker RSP on substrate as an indicator of malignancy presence. Preferable method invovles the use of anti-RSP-antibody (zs pAB) taken from one or some monoclonal, polyclonal or purified by affinity method antibody for uptake of tumor marker from the biological liquid sample (serum blood, sputum. urine, syringing liquid, etc. ). Tumor marker is uptaken on substrate by zs pAB, and its presence on substrate is detected by use of known detecting system, for example, as as a system of color development. Tumor marker in its preferable form is detected on substrate by reaction with the sample RNA-photobiotine-streptavidine-alkaline phosphatase. Other preferable method involves the use of soluble (transport) ribonucleic acid (sRNA) as a sample which shows specificity for active point of sRNA-aminoacyl-synthase on this marker, and detection of RSP presence by method of color development using the sample RNA-photobiotine-streptavidine-alkaline phosphatase. EFFECT: improved method of tumor marker detection. 5 cl, 3 dwg
