METHOD FOR CERVICAL CARCINOGENESIS DETECTION Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N33/574

Abstract RU 2702334 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncodiagnosis, and can be used for detecting neoplastic cell degeneration caused by human papilloma virus (HPV) in females undergoing screening for cervical cancer. That is ensured by detecting cell samples taken from squamous cell-cylinder cell junction of epithelium of cervix uterus of patient being tested, protein complex E6 / p53 consisting of protein E6 and protein p53, and protein complex E7/rRB consisting of protein E7 and protein pRB. Detection of said two protein complexes shows that the patient's cancer carcinogenesis has become irreversible, and said detection is carried out with combined use of antibodies to E6 protein, E7 protein antibodies, antibodies to p53 protein and antibodies to protein pRB.

EFFECT: invention provides diagnosing cervical cancer.
