Second rotary mirror is made in the form of half-wave phase section composed of flat and unidimensional wire grid placed at distance d=, where l is wave length; n=0, 1, 2 . . . . Half-wave phase section is provided with mechanism of turning about axis perpendicular to its plane. Butt mirrors are produced in the form of unidimensional wire grids.
