FIELD: optical electronics. SUBSTANCE: device may be used TV devices, infra-red TV devices, instruments, which have linear and matrix photodetectors. Device has facet photodetector unit 1, adder 2, output controlled amplifier 3, first and second memory units 4 and 5, first and second reverse pulse counters 6 and 7, first and second digital-to-analog converters 8 and 9, reference voltage source 10, first and second comparators 11 and 12, synchronization oscillator 13, address counter 14, zero line 15. When frame is generated, device has three operating modes - mode for generation of compensation code for compensation of signal drift in each element of unit 1, mode for generation of sensitivity correction code for each element of unit 1, and correction mode, which compensates signal drift and variations in sensitivity for each element of unit 1 using value that are calculated in previous modes. EFFECT: increased precision of compensation of variations in sensitivity for photo- sensitive elements, increased efficiency of device operations. 1 dwg
