FIELD: electrified transport. SUBSTANCE: control of currents of armature windings 20,21 and field windings 22,23 of traction motors supplied from traction transformer 19 through thyristor converter 18 and controlled rectifier 24 is provided by speed governor 1 and armature current setting device 13 by signals of speed setting device 2 and armature current setting device 7. Input of EMF regulator 12 is connected to intensity setting device 8 which makes operation of armature current control device 13 independent from operation of control circuit of current regulator 26 and EMF regulator 12. As a result, speed of measuring of EMF is considerably less than speed of response to distributing actions in armature current control circuit.
