FIELD: preparative chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: product: doxorubicin hydrochloride, yield is 86.7%, empirical formula is C27H29NO11·HCl x HCl. Reagent 1: aqueous solution of crude doxorubicin-raw. Reagent 2: ionite BD-AM-15-85 equlibrated with 0.1-0.2M ammonium-acetate buffer, pH 4.3-4.6. Reagent 3: water - 70-80% aqueous ethanol containing 0.001-0.003 N HCl. Prepared agent is used as antitumor drug. EFFECT: improved of purification.
