FIELD: production of reinforced materials. SUBSTANCE: fibrous material is made of polyethylene fibers located chaotically, which have birefringence no less than 0.03 and diameter of 1-20 mcm, length of fiber is no longer than 1.2 mm. Degree of retaining of fibers onto sieve with cells of 14 mm is no more than 20% and no more than 53% onto 100 meshes sieve. Material has volume weight 34 g/m2, water-permeable capacity no less than 3.5 s/gz, nontransparency coefficient is equal to 75-84 % - degree of deviation away from its average value is equal to 4.6-7.0%. EFFECT: improved productivity. 2 tbl
