Parts 3 (lower charge) and 5 (upper charge) of separate deep-hole charge 2 are separated by ground partition 4. Stemming 6 of hole made of ground is placed above upper charge 5 up to surface of ground. Intervals between parts of change and distances between holes are determined from relations: Δоpt= 0,22 (St·Q)1/3, n = 6,1 · Δopt· (n + 1)/n, where St is shorting-through index of rock, Q is mass of charge, kg; 0.22 is specific consumption of explosive, m/kg; n is factor of action of blast given in description of invention.
