FIELD: manufacturing of fibrous materials. SUBSTANCE: powdered oxides are mixed up with polyinyl alcohol. Spinning composition obtained is used to form fibers for producing fibrous parts. Prior to part formation fibers are subjected to heat treatment at temperatures between 150 and 250 C for 30 to 60 minutes. Ready part is subjected to heat treatment to remote organic part of polymer and to provide sintering of part. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 2 tbl
