FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: working member of this device is woven tape made of heat-resistant material having thermally stable insulating coating in which are stretched contact pads throughout entire length of tape. Contact pads are connected to heater which is made in the form of flexible wire member interwoven into tape. Disclosed device further has handgrip with terminals for connecting contact pads to power supply and clamping member for fixing movable end of tape, other end being fixedly attached to handgrip.
