FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental combustiology. Two wounds are formed on one side of the animal - a wound, in which bottom is lower derma layers and mosaic exposed areas of subcutaneous fat, and a wound, in which bottom is superficial fascia and muscular tissue. Primary autoplasty and/or wound coatings are applied on a wound with lower dermal layers and mosaic exposed areas of subcutaneous fat. If observing wound coverings and/or autoplastic grafts to the bottom of the wound, they recede from the wound edges and between the autoplastic transplant and/or wound coating sections of 1–2 cm. Delayed autoplasty and/or wound coating are performed on a wound with a bottom having a superficial fascia and muscular tissue, 7–9 days later. Indenting from edges and between sections of autoplastic transplants and/or wound coatings of 1–2 cm is performed. After the experiment, free skin autoplasty is performed by coverings transplants with thickness of 0.3–0.5 mm, taken on the same side of the animal.

EFFECT: method enables reliably assessing the efficiency of wound healing of autoplasty and wound coatings; completely prevent edge epithelialisation; performing series of biopsies from wound for 2–3 weeks; providing convenience of anesthesia and awakening of an animal due to wound formation on one side; to ensure non-injuring of wound surface due to creation of wound on one side; performing wound of different depths on one animal; at the end of the experiment performing autoplasty, thereby preserving the animal's life.
