FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pathological physiology, and the modeling of standard thermal burn in laboratory animals. Method comprises using the agent as a thermal electromagnetic radiation, and temperature control of the burn zone. Uses an infrared (IR) soldering station equipped with external thermocouple. Set mode settings to apply the burn and extent of the planned area. Thus consider the distance from the skin of the animal at which to locate the IR infrared heater station power infrared lamp illumination, the temperature of the skin of an animal to be set up infrared heater, the length of exposure. Moreover, the burn area was measured using a device comprising a frame provided with a handle fixedly secured therein glass on the bottom surface of which is drawn by measuring the skin, applied by laser engraving measuring grid with square meshes certain area. Glass fixed in the frame in such a manner that its lower surface is spaced from the lower edge of the frame by a distance in the exclusive application of the device to the skin contact surface of the lower glass burn wound. Then, using the results application burn mode settings are applied to animals a given area of the burn and extent.
EFFECT: method does not require pre thorough depilation, allows the application of the standard planned burn the same absolute and relative space, including on flat and differing from the flat areas of the body.
