FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes passing patient's blood through immunosorbent, that is, polyacrylamide granules possessing magnetic properties and gel immobilized into three-dimensional lattice by method of emulsion polymerization using native human 1g G. EFFECT: this sorbent allows stepping up effectiveness of disclosed 2.5 times as compared with prior art (sefarose CL-4B activated by cyanogen bromide and characterized by fixed covalent bond provided by native human 1g G and reducing expenses by using easily available and less costly ingredients, higher specificity, effectiveness, broader range of indications for immunosorption, more accurate prognostication, lower rate of disability, and longer life of patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. 1 tbl
