SUBSTANCE: method has been developed for obtaining a selective immunosorbent to remove antibodies-IgG to desmoglein of type 3 from blood serum of pemphigus patients using a solid phase carrier, consisting in that for its preparation recombinant human desmoglein of type 3 (Dsg3) is immobilized by covalent binding to a solid phase carrier, In which quality an agarose sorbent bearing on its surface N-hydroxysuccinimide groups: NHS-activated agarose is used. Using the invention, an immunosorbent having a high selective sorption capacity with respect to autoantibodies-IgG to desmoglein of type 3 is obtained. The immunosorbent is obtained by the method of the invention can be used to treat patients with pemphigus as an adjuvant therapy.

EFFECT: application of the method improves the quality of therapy, allows to reduce the doses and duration of systemic glucocorticosteroid preparations, to reduce the incidence of side effects due to immunosuppressive therapy.
