FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutics, namely to a method for preparing a preparation for removing rheumatoid factor from blood of patients suffering rheumatoid arthritis. Method comprises passing blood through a sorbent, which is polyacrylamide iron-containing granules, in which as a result of emulsion polymerisation immobilized Fc-fragment immunoglobulin G, obtained during papain hydrolysis and purification of native human immunoglobulin G.
EFFECT: invention provides higher sorption and specific capacity of the preparation for removal of rheumatoid factor from blood by separation of human immunoglobulin IgG into fragments Fc and Fab and further operation only with fraction containing Fc fragment.
