FIELD: laser technology; medicine. SUBSTANCE: diffuser and cassette provided with central hole are disposed between laser 8 and reflector in series. Transparent tube of system for blood transfusion is put along the spiral in central hole. As a result, blood is subjected to laser radiation for prolonged period of time and area of surface under radiation is increased due to application of direct and reflected radiation. Reflector is made in form of a cone which has vertex angle for maximal application of laser radiation. Cassette is made in form of extended frame with three internal links. Tube is closed by transparent wall at the side being opposite to links. The wall is provided with groove which permits to fix tube inside cassette. Input and output parts of the tube are fixed inside grooves of frame which is at some distance from center of the wall.
