FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in irradiating blood flowing in tube enclosed in blood vessel by laser at frequency which brings about resonance that causes damage to virus components at power below boundary of adverse thermic effects on formed elements of blood during maximum possible time. This method is carried out, for example, with aid of device that incorporates hydroline implanted consecutively in dissected blood vessel and including laser-beam transparent tube which is exposed to laser radiation, par example, with aid of light guide whose end is connected to tube and patient's body. EFFECT: excellent results.
