SUBSTANCE: device has vertical conical housing 1, spherical bottom, 2 filtering partition 3 installed in upper part of housing and initial liquid delivery connection 4 connected with funnel 6 which forms, together with inner surface of bottom 2, circular chamber 7 with contaminants discharge connection 8. Installed on housing 1 from outside is shell 10 with slots made with alternating edging from center toward outside. Plate with inclined blades is located in lower part of funnel 6.
