SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed are a Trichoderma reesei VKM F-4789D strain, a method for producing a fodder complex enzyme preparation and a method for increasing the feed value of cereal and legume mixtures. Micellial fungus strain Trichoderma reesei VKM F-4789D is a producer of endoglucanase, xylanase and pectinase, which decompose non-starch polysaccharides.
EFFECT: invention is used to produce an enzyme preparation for destroying non-starch polysaccharides of cereal and legume raw material in fodder production for increasing feed value of rations and in production of protein fodder additives for farm animals, poultry and aquaculture.
