SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes dissecting tissue, preserving periosteum, molding maxillary portion of orostoma edge by covering osteotomized bone of mobilized mucosa of oral cavity entrance and skin of submanibular region, suturing these on internal surface of mandible, molding mouth floor, deepidermizing Filatov's petiolus, suturing it along orostoma boundary and then incising it around inner circumference, and finally making so-called "snail" suture. EFFECT: better functional results and diminished osteoporosis.
