SUBSTANCE: for the preoperative preparation of surgical patients with the associated cardiac pathology and fatness it is proposed to use the method of curative starvation carried out on the eve of the operation before the beginning of the acidotic crisis compensation. The course of the curative starvation carried out by such patients allows to improve the operation indexes of the blood circulation and respiratory system avoiding the application of a great number of medicinals, to raise the organism adaptation opportunities which result in the better process of narcosis and the postoperative period of such patients and to reduce the number of postoperative complications.
