SUBSTANCE: for preoperative preparation of patients with type 2 diabetes associated with obesity and cardiovascular pathology Forsiga is applied in an amount of 10 mg 1 time per day for three months in combination with chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy. The method for preoperative preparation of patients with type 2 diabetes associated with obesity and cardiovascular pathology includes preoperative combined chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy in combination with introduction of Forsiga at a dose of 10 mg 1 time per day for three months.
EFFECT: use of inventions allows to increase the efficiency of preoperative preparation of cancer patients by rapidly achieving the target glycemic values, significantly reducing the excess body weight, improving the circulatory system and reducing the frequency of postoperative complications.
