SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for perioperative organ protection in patients with head and neck tumors. Method involves general anesthesia by inhalation of sevoflurane, introduction of fentanyl, myoplegia by means of rocuronium bromide, continuous infusion of dalargin in dose of 45 mcg/kg/h during the whole anesthesia. In addition, in the preoperative period, a carbohydrate load is used twice; for this purpose, 400 ml of a carbohydrate drink Provide Extra is introduced 12 hours before the surgery. and 2 hours before the surgical intervention, another 200 ml of this beverage is introduced. Then, intravenous infusion of dalargin is applied in the operating room after the venous approach. For premedication, fentanyl 2 mcg/kg is administered intravenously. Induction is performed by intravenous introduction of propofol in dose of 1.5 mg/kg, relaxation is performed by rocuronium bromide in dose of 0.6 mg/kg, intubation is performed. Further, anesthesia is maintained by introducing sevoflurane 2.0 vol.% MAC 1.0 into the airways through an anesthesia apparatus; fentanyl is administered intravenously in dose of 2 mcg/kg/h. At the end of the surgical intervention, dalargin infusion is stopped and dalargin 1 mg is administered intramuscularly once.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to reduce the rate of perioperative complications due to prevention and correction of operational stress by enhancing action of dalargin due to preliminary carbohydrate load.
