FIELD: medicine, particularly, ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes applying silica gel to cornea surface, allowing it to absorb moisture and then washing it off using physiological salt solution prior to application of lyophilized plasma to cornea. Disclosed method further prescribes carrying out this procedure one or two times a day during entire period preceding epithelization. EFFECT: excellent results.
