FIELD: ophthalmology; treatment of Descement's membrane disease. SUBSTANCE: affected surface of patient's cornea is treated by applying thereonto thyroid suspension taken in amount of 0.5 ml and concentration of 10 %. Before use, 0.15-0.2 g of dry lyophilized blood plasma is added to suspension, the latter is applied 2-3 times daily until complete epithelization. EFFECT: sparing approach to treatment of disease in question.
