FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used for treating corneal lesions. For this purpose, 0.2 ml of autologous conditioned plasma is applied on the corneal surface, on top of which an amniotic membrane is laid to cover a limb zone. Then a soft contact lens is placed. Lens is removed on 5th day of treatment.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable fixation of the amniotic membrane graft on the surface of the cornea, its fast epithelisation, activation of local reparative processes, active corneal defect replacement, restoration of visual functions and reduction of length of treatment due to sutureless fixation of amniotic membrane.
