METHOD OF TREATMENT OF INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF CORNEA Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: method consists in treatment of inflammatory diseases of eye by coating of affected area with a flap having feed base. Flap is used in the form of autotenonic capsule. Pharmacotherapy is carried out by introduction into flap mass of solution of gelatin and simultaneously introduction of antibiotic solution to flap base. In so doing, gelatin is introduced once directly after coating, and antibiotic solution is introduced once in three days during 10-12 days. Then flap of tenonic capsule is removed. EFFECT: excluded development of complications and reduced terms of treatment.
