FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: dyeing pigment - hemoglobin from blood cells of slaughter animal is isolated. Then stabilizing agent - glacial acetic acid (0.1-0.3% of dyeing pigment mass) is added to isolated pigment. EFFECT: improved method of food dye preparing.
