FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Blood is collected and stabilized. Blood is centrifuged and separated into plasma and uniform elements. Element is decomposed with a solution of ascorbic acid with concentration of 0.5–0.75 mol/dm3 at ratio of shaped elements and ascorbic acid 1:1 for 20–32 minutes at temperature 30–32 °C at pH 5.5–6.0 with further stirring until complete dissolution. Mixture is held for 3.0–3.5 hours and dried at initial air temperature at inlet 125–160 °C with gradual reduction of temperature at outlet to 60–70 °C.

EFFECT: invention simplifies the technological process and increases biological value of the product.
