FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: ground is mixed with crushed ferrous metallurgy dump slag in the amount of 20-40 mas.% and alkali activator, moistened with water amounting to 8-20% of mass of dry components, laid and compacted. Preliminary separated from slag are ferrous inclusions. Slag is crushed to size less than 20 mm. Alkali activator is used in concentration of 0.09-0.23 N. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 2 dwg
