FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture a building material, according to which a mixture of initial components with moisture within 10-15% is homogenised in the selected weight percentage ratio - natural soil - 48-75%, industrial waste with binding properties - 50-20% and an alkaline activator - 2-5%, weight or volume dosing of the mixture is carried out, the produced mix is compacted at the load from 3 to 10 MPa depending on chemical, mineral and grain-size compositions of initial components, the mode of storage of compacted materials and required mechanical properties. Also a method is described to build basements of motor roads and surface structures.
EFFECT: higher economic efficiency of a process, recycling of large quantities of various industrial wastes, increased strength and frost resistance of manufactured materials and objects and reduction of their prime cost.
