FIELD: construction materials industry. SUBSTANCE: compound can be used in erection of bases for highways, railways, airfields, sites of various purpose, foundations of buildings and structures, in-situ-cast piles, cores of dams, lots for municipal refuse and industrial waste dumps, plugging of karst caverns and other hollows, etc. Series of novel construction materials which are made up of natural and technogenic grounds and of industrial wastes use in function of binders such components as slag from preparation of lime milk for heating-and-power plants or silica brick production factories or slag from soda production, and also alkali industrial waste with pH number not below 11 in function of activator in processes of chemical interaction of first two aforesaid solid components of primary mixture. Materials are in fact lean concrete mixes having no cement. They possess high strength, water and frost resistance, they bind heavy metals into combinations which are practically insoluble in acid, alkali and neutral media. Therefore they can be used in erection of bases for various construction objects instead of sand, crushed stone, sand-gravel mixtures and other natural materials. Environment protection aspect also consists in substantial saving of aforesaid natural materials and replacing them with industrial wastes which are not utilized at present time.
