FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: before building-up ice platform by freezing, drilling equipment is assembled on the frame at the drilling sight. Flexible pads are installed to under lower part of frame. Then, freezing-on is effected with part of supporting flexible pads resting on ice, and the rest of pads are raised and so alternating to build up ice platform by freezing for the required value. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
