FIELD: tube rolling industry. SUBSTANCE: device has mechanisms of axial displacement of the mandrel rod and of the blank disposed on frame 1. The former is made in the form of power cylinder 2 placed on platform 11, cartridge 3 connected with it and shifted in the platform guides and chain 5 whose ends are fastened on cartridge 3 with bearing members for the mandrel. The second mechanism is made in the form of additional power cylinder 14 connected with platform 11 and chain 16 whose ends are fastened on the front face end of platform 11 with bearing members 21 and prop 22 of the blank. The fact that the mechanisms of the mandrel rod and the blank displacement not connected between themselves have individual displacement drives allows to regulate the speeds of displacement of the mandrel rod, of the blank with the mandrel rod and the speeds of displacement of the blank relative to the mandrel rod. EFFECT: improved conditions of the grip of blanks having different size and mass. 7 dwg
