FIELD: pneumatics. SUBSTANCE: first end of the passageway for blowing up enters the cushion. The second end is connected with the source of fluid under pressure. The cushion is defined by the unit made of flexible material having internal slot. The walls of the slot are initially closed to provide the unit cross-section to be solid. The first end of the passageway for blowing up underlies the inner chain. The unit is constructed as two tightly interconnected members. The power stretching cylinder has the means for tightening part and clamping member defining ring space for the flexible piston together with the base. The part bears on the base. The space is defined by the bottom part of the clamping member and top end of the piping part of the base.
