STAND FOR TESTING GASOLINE ENGINE SAWS FOR "BOUNCE" Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: testing stands. SUBSTANCE: stand has a rotating frame being in the form of a rod, arranged in a plane, parallel to a plane of a web of the saw, being tested, and mounted for rotation on an axle, normal to the plane of the saw web and placed at a rear side of the saw; a quick-removable adjustable torsional elastic member is also mounted on the axle of the frame rotation in such a way, that a rotation axis of the torsion coincides with a rotation axis of the rod, the above mentioned member has a ratchet wheel, secured to it, and a dial device, held by a pawl. In order to provide enhanced accuracy of measuring of parameters of "bounce" the ratchet wheel is connected with several fixing pawls, secured to a housing and having an angular difference of their engagement pitch. EFFECT: provision of testing conditions being alike to real conditions of saw operation, enlarged range of variation of initial loads of a frame at testing, determination of inertia moment, center of gravity of saw, simplified structure of stand. 14 cl, 1 dwg
