FIELD: sportive engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has base 1 receiving axle 2. Rotatable bushing 5 with ear is mounted on the axle. Cantilever beam 8 is connected with the ear and bears supporting platform 9 for feet to place thereon. The beam is connected with the base through force spring 14 and its screw-type tension control unit 13. The trainer has removable guide members 11 with reversed curvature of the end portions relative to the middle one. Roller 10 is mounted on the beam to be engageable with the guide member.
