SUBSTANCE: method involves the steps of: taking liquid samples and introducing them into a rotary viscosimeter-screw pump, closing the outlet of the pump and measuring the difference in pressure in an annular gap of the pump and screw rotating at a predetermined speed, computing liquid viscosity by using the measured pressure difference and screw rotational speed.
