FIELD: computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has pick-up tube 1, unit 2 for processing signals, generator 11 of sinusoidal signals, linearly-increasing voltage generator 12, multiplier 13, unit 14 for shifting phase by 90 degrees, switch elements 15,16 and unit 20 for determining a sense of coordinates. The device is characterized in that it has clock pulse generator 9, frequency divider 19, pulse distributor 17, counter 18 for counting the number of turns of spiral sweep, threshold value decoder 19; and in that unit 2 is based on decoders 3,4, coders 5,6 group 7 of AND gates and video pulse amplifier 8. The device provides measuring coordinates of all luminous objects being in view field at once, both movable and stationary ones. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability. 2 tbl, 2 dwg
