SUBSTANCE: device has stethophonendoscope head, sound-conducting tube, T-branch, head springs, head tubes with olives. Rigid insert having 20 holes of 1.0 mm diameter spaced 2.0 mm far from each other is additionally mounted on the sound-conducting tube. Coupling member is set on the insert. It is movable along the insert and covers the holes. Measurements begin with 20 holes being open. Tone forces are estimated in points. Tone forces are repeatedly estimated after treatment.
EFFECT: high accuracy in estimating patient state in dynamic conditions.
