SUBSTANCE: apparatus incorporates osteal fragment fixing assemblies having pins interconnected by threaded distraction rods 6 and separating rods 12. Fixing assemblies are clamps 1 and 4 and plates 2 and 5 part of which are connected in pairs by arcs 3 located in mutually perpendicular planes with clamps 1 and 4. Distraction rods 6 are positioned at ends of plates 2 and 5 and clamps 1 and 4. Separating rods 12 are disposed at free ends of plates 2 and 5 and at tops of clamps 1 and 4.
