FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming two canals in ileac bone being equal to distal and proximal ends diameter of osteoarticular tendon autograft formed in advance from the first disjoined finger with angle of bending in the joint being equal to 100 deg after introducing autograft ends into the canals. Metacarpal bone distraction being accomplished, trepanation canals are built in selected fractured bone fragments. The defect length to be compensated is measured. The formed autograft with ileac bone part of given length is taken and the formed branches are introduced into the trepanation canals in the proximal and distal fragments of the first metacarpal bone. The autograft being built in into the trepanation canals, flexors and extensors of tendons are to be fixed to the distal part of the created autograft branch.
