FIELD: pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: essence of this process resides in using gases and liquid contained in stock to be processed as extractant, extracting biologically active matter, introducing concentrated extractant at least one time into stock being processed on side opposing outflow of vaporous mixture for repeatedly reacting it with extractant. Apparatus designed for this process includes main reservoir, branch pipe positioned coaxially relative to main reservoir and having radial openings uniformly spaced throughout its length and communicating main reservoir with branch pipe, and partition dividing it into two isolated chambers. First chamber communicates with main cooler via first distributing unit. Second chamber communicates via second distributing unit either with auxiliary reservoir employed for collecting finished product or biologically active matter separator that communicates with main cooler via damping reservoir whose air chamber is in communication with vacuum pump.
