FIELD: pharmaceutical and food-processing industry, perfumery and cosmetics etc. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has at least one extractor, bubbler arranged in lower part of extractor, condenser, evaporator, separator, extract collector, as well as pipeline with return valve and locking fittings. Each extractor is combined with temperature regulator to form extractor-evaporator, and is equipped with perforated raw material storage vessel arranged above bubbler so as to form extract collector in lower part of extractor-evaporator, spraying collector mounted in upper part of extractor-evaporator, additional pipeline with filter, pump and locking fittings for connecting extract collector and spraying collector into closed circuit, compressor mounted at pipeline between return valve and upper part of extractor-evaporator. Separator is positioned in lower part of condenser equipped with vacuum pump, whose suction branch pipe is positioned above water level in separator. Extractors-evaporators are connected in counterflow by means of three pipelines equipped with locking fittings. Condenser is joined to first upper pipeline. Inlet end of hydrodynamic homogenize-disperser arranged between two subsequent pipelines is connected through third pipeline to outlet ends of pumps, and outlet end is connected through second pipeline to additional pipelines. Apparatus of such construction may be used for extraction of plant, biological and other raw materials by liquid and gaseous extractant in different branches of industry for extraction, concentration and other processes in solid body- liquid systems.
