FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extraction of biologically active components of vegetable, animal, fish stuff and other raw materials used in chemical, medical industries as well as in cosmetic and food industries. Proposed method comprises heating the extractant, pre-extraction of stuff on heated rolls by extractant and extraction of stuff in vacuum-pulsed conditions in cycles that include heating by hot gas carrier and creating vacuum in the chamber in high-rate vacuum-pulsed conditions, with stepwise multiple pressure reduction from atmospheric pressure to not over 0.01 MPa. Then the pressure is reduced from said 0.01 MPa to not over 0.0001 MPa, with subsequent holding in vacuum till mix stabilisation and de-evacuation at the cycle end be feeding heated gas carrier into extraction chamber. Note here that stuff is heated to not over 39°C. Device comprises screw proportioner, extractant tank, heated rolls with tank for pulp impregnated with extractant, one or two extractors with bubblers arranged at their bottom, dephlegmator, extract collector, one or two parallel receivers and vacuum pumps.
