FIELD: purifying waste. SUBSTANCE: device comprises housing with connecting pipes for supplying and discharging fluid to be purified, electrodes connected to a power source, and unit for collecting the separated component. The housing is a rotation body, is made of dielectric material, and is mounted for rotation about its axis. The generatrix of the rotation body is closed loop or broken line. The collecting unit of the separated component is positioned on the inner side of the housing above its rotation axis. The electrodes are arranged under the axis of rotation outside and inside the housing. The internal electrode is positioned outside of emulsion to be purified at a distance from the axis of rotation of the housing. At least one of the electrodes is a high-voltage corona electrode which follows the form of the housing generatrix. EFFECT: enhanced quality of separation. 2 dwg
