FIELD: harbor machinery. SUBSTANCE: uprights of bed frame 1 are made in form of telescopic hydraulic cylinders 2 which are provided in their lower portion with carriages 3 and rollers 4 placed on railway gauge line and rigidly connected with gear wheels 6 engaged with gears 7 of drives of these rollers located on brackets which are secured to carriages provided with claw-shaped grips engageable with rails of rollers and with power hydraulic cylinders whose rods are provided with wedges engageable with grips. Bed frame is provided with telescopic ladder 23 and upper eye rings 27. Besides that, bed frame is made in form of circular platform 30 with rails 35 with antifriction roller bearings. Mechanism for turning this platform in horizontal plane is provided with toothed rim 31 thrown into engagement with drive gear of platform fitted in its mechanism. Windlass type drive winch is provided with two warping drums 26 with duplicated control. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 6 dwg
