FIELD: automatics. SUBSTANCE: electric machine has two-pole stator 1, shaft 5 anchored in bearing units 19 of stator, armature 3 with winding and collector 4 put on shaft and brush unit. It is inserted with commutator and brush unit is manufactured in the form of two insulating bushings 6 and 7, one of them being put on collector and the other one-on hub. Two rings are fixed permanently at diametrically opposite points to have electric contact with collector 4 and are connected to commutator through current pick-off plates anchored on stator 1. By successive commutation of one of three circuits both rotation and turning of shaft through variable angles within limits ±180° deg relative to "neutral" with discreteness 360°/n, where n is number of lamellas of collector are possible.
