FIELD: nondestructive control equipment. SUBSTANCE: process of manufacture of ultrasonic focusing converter lies in fabrication of workstock of concentrator from melting polyimide material having in structure oxygen, sulfur and other heterocyclic compounds or aliphatic groups, with softening temperature about 200 C and temperature of start of destruction 350-400 C, in formation of recession by impression of template into material of concentrator under heating. Prior to impression of template material of workstock of concentrator is covered with antiadhesion spacer of micron thickness made of nonsoftening polyimide on side facing template with subsequent heating of workstock to softening temperature.
